I have used liquagel food coloring on its own in candy melts before and it always seized up and ruined the texture of the candy melts. I mixed the chefmaster candy flo along with a chefmaster blue liquagel food coloring into melted white candy melts and was pleasantly surprised. As shown in the video the candy melts look very good without almost any seizing. After around 30 seconds the texture looked a little different (that could also be from the brand of candy melts) but I think that issue could be solved by add paramount crystals to smooth it out. Overall I am really happy with the results since it allows me to not have to buy each induvial candy color; I can just turn the food coloring I already have into candy color! It also did not change the taste of the candy which was really nice. Highly recommend this product!
