The four included drawers burn wood chunks / smoking chips underneath the grill grate to give your food the consistent smoky flavor of your choice. For added versatility you can use various wood types at once or switch to using natural gas only for a non-smoky flavor. Plus, the gas control knobs provide optimal control over your grilling and ensure easy operation.
