It holds (1) 6" deep full size food pan to accommodate any of your signature dishes. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel. The versatile design allows you to mix and match a number of pan combinations to best suit your needs, fitting 1/3, 1/2, and full size food pans up to 6" deep, making this carrier a go-to choice for any application. The carrier features a top loading design for ease of loading, allowing you to simply place pans directly down into the carrier and lift them out upon delivery.

Superior Temperature Retention
As a bonus, this carrier comes equipped with a blue full size ice board that is convenient and easy to use. This board will extend the temperature holding times of your cold foods by an additional 4 hours by simply placing it in the freezer for up to 8 hours before placing in the carrier. This provides a total of 11 hours of perfect storage temperatures! The board will freeze to as low as 10 degrees Fahrenheit and will keep your food at a safe temperature below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ice Board
The board is filled with a conductive cooling gel, so you don't have to worry about buffing any water noise, or liquid leakage! It contains no cavities, meaning no matter how you place the board in the freezer, the board will freeze evenly. This board lays flat in carriers and comes equipped with distance knobs that prevent the board from sticking to the pan. A built-in handle conveniently lifts the board in and out of the carrier to avoid injury.
Convenient Design
Because the carrier is made with polyurethane foam, it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 7 hours. This carrier includes plastic latches that securely lock the door to retain temperature. For convenient transport, the unit features molded-in handles that are both durable and ergonomic.
Secure Stacking
When the carrier is set down, the base nests in the lid when it's flipped upside down. Grooves in the lid securely hold the base in place. Not only does this keep the lid safe and out of the way, but it also simplifies unloading and service. After use, the unit stacks with other sizes, such as 4" and 8" deep CaterGator top loaders and other similar carriers from other brands (sold separately).
