Built-In Prep Station

Each unit also comes with a removable well cover for creating your own staging area or prep station. Additionally, the well's open design is able to hold up to (5) 6" deep gastronorm full size food pans (sold separately) for keeping fresh ingredients nearby and ready to serve. You can even invest in Cambro Camchillers to make sure produce stays cold for hours or buy Cambro divider bars if you wish to maximize your food pan configurations! Additionally, its 12" tall safety barrier will guard against the spread of germs and bacteria, serving as a safe partition in between food and customers.
