Built to be extremely durable, this unit makes quick work of even the most laborious recipes, swiftly concocting them with minimal effort at the precise temperature. It boasts a patented exchange pump and a standard conveyor that are designed to homogenize products of varying viscosities, all while being energy efficient. For convenience, ingredients can be added while the unit is running, yet the beater will stop moving if the lid is removed and the mixture is hotter than 122 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit can even be controlled remotely using a smartphone, tablet, or PC!

Cleanup is a breeze with this Scotch-Brite treated stainless steel pasteurizer, as its spigot shape, removable conveyor, and shower head allow to you to achieve a deep clean without hassle. For added safety and in the event of a power outage, this pasteurizer will remember where it left off when the power returns. This hardwired, 3 phase unit uses R404A refrigerant and requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.
