I should have known better. I just needed a sauce warmer. Simple right? I should have done my research. This unit has no "On" light indicator, and it has no power switch. It is supposed to be for 16-24 oz bottles, but 16 oz bottles clearly don't fit at all, they are 2" below the top. The circle cut outs for the bottles were cut with an old bit, so they are sharp, causing cutting hazards. This company should be ashamed of themselves. How does a company like Webs sell this?
