This product does exactly what it is supposed to do at a very reasonable price. Just make sure this is really what you want. There are some drawbacks to using a bottle warmer as opposed to a pump-type heated dispenser. We have two of these. We use one for hot fudge sauce and the other for hot caramel sauce. Beware, the bottles are uncomfortably hot so when you pick them up you have to use a towel or oven mitt. Also, since the bottle sits in a water-filled well, they drip. This means that the outside of the heater gets messy and has to be wiped down frequently. These are not defects, they are simply issues which are intrinsic to the design of this type of device.
