Ghirardelli Black Label Chocolate Flavoring Sauce 12 fl. oz. (16 oz.)

We have been using this syrup for the past 5 years without any problems. The last two bottles have developed a fuzzy mold inside the bottle. In very fine print the bottle now says to use product within three weeks of opening. Please be aware of this if you buy this.

This has great flavor, but it does have a three week shelf life, so something to consider before purchasing. We're just starting out, so even the small container was a bit much for us to use within 3 weeks. It's easy to drizzle on top of whipped cream.

It tastes good but unless you purchase the pump to go with it, you will have a hard time getting it out of the bottle. I will stick with the smaller size that squeezes out fine. This product was a waste of money since my plan was to refill my smaller containers. I cant get this stuff to pour out to save my life! It's been sitting upside down for over an hour and you can see how much has come out.

We used Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce in our coffee shop for quite a while. Then 3 or 4 bottles in a row had a weird molding smell after being open for a few hours.

Like the white chocolate and caramel ghirardeli sauce better... the pumps give us trouble sometimes.

My community is full of sugar loving people, and they preferred this brand because it wasn't as dark of chocolate as Monin. But what became the deal breaker and switched me for good to Monin was this sauce likes to mold before you get it all used. No reason for it to, none of the other sauces ever molded. Other than that, a good flavor!

Another great offering from the Ghirardelli line. As a topping or an adder for beverages it’s exactly what you expect from the name. Good rich flavor and the texture is great even when cold.

This is the best chocolate sauce available! Do not waste your time buying others. The taste is great and the consistency is very thick & luxurious. Ghirardelli is quality and customers know it. It looks great oozing down the side of a cake or shake glass.

Ghirardelli, It's the brand that you can blindly buy and expect excellent results. This is their best chocolate sauce made form the finest ingredients. Perfection of coco powder, coco butter and sugar. Perfect to make third level hot chocolate. Mix with equal amount of espresso to make havenly delicious Mocha. Goes very well as topping on ice cream and frappe. Its a thick sauce and very convenient to use with pump ghirardelli's pump (sold separately) Highly recommended.

We found that our customers liked a different brand over these for our Coffee Shop. Capora Brand is what we use now and our customers enjoy it much better.
