This sauce dispenser features 450W (225W per cabinet) of heating power to keep cheese sauce at the ideal temperature for tasty nachos. Its side temperature indicator clearly displays the interior temperature, which is factory preset to remain between 140 and 155 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature itself is not adjustable, though the display can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius. For optimal product viscosity, it’s recommended to preheat unopened product to at least 140F. Featuring an attractive and durable stainless steel cabinet, this dispenser is built for long-lasting use.

Two Sauce Option
This model works with 110 oz. cheese and chili sauce bags, giving you the ability to feature two sauces at once for greater versatility!
Holds Extra Bags
An interior top shelf holds two extra bags so you have additional bags on hand and ready to go when your two bags in the dispenser run out.
Greater Portion Control
Each side of this dispenser has two buttons to allow greater control over portions. Using the orange button provides a single 2 oz. portion to help keep your costs under control, but when you need a larger portion for a special request, your staff can use the yellow button to manually dispense any amount.
Customizable Dispensing
The orange button dispense time is customizable to dispense anywhere from 1 to 30 seconds using the side-mounted temperature controls. It's as easy as pressing the time button and selecting your desired setting!
Easy Operation
For easy operation and changeouts, this sauce dispenser has a simple clamp mechanism that holds your bags of cheese sauce in place while in use. This dispenser requires a 120V, 450W electrical connection for operation.

Unfortunately, the temperature gauge does not work when you press the negative “ - “ to turn it down and the nacho machine… it gets extremely hot to the point to where it burns. I have checked the upmanual cannot find anything in regards to how to fix this. I have emailed and I have not heard back.
