The big advantage to bagged cheese sauce is that air does not get to the product and it stays fresher longer. It has a good flavor and a little jalapeño kick to it… Just wish it had more cheese as an ingredient than other things.

I was debating for a while between regular nacho cheese and the jalapeno cheese. I definitely made the right choice going with the jalapeno cheese. The spice flavor isn’t overwhelming. Even those that do not like spicy foods enjoy eating this cheese. It loads really easily into our nacho dispenser, and tastes delicious. The use by date is located on each bag so you don’t have to worry about getting product mixed up. Some of the older patrons we serve have had small issues with the spice, but most seem to enjoy it.
