It was attached by a thin piece of plastic that could have been secured better. But I do still use is all the time and overall it is a great product.

These are great. We stack them high with very heavy glassware and have zero issues with rolling. They roll very smoothly, go straight perfectly and turn easily. This is the only glass dolly we use now. No need for the handle, as another commenter stated, "Once all the glass racks are stacked on it you don't need the handle to push or pull it".
We use these all day long! These are great for moving dish crates around. The only thing I would prefer would be if all sides were flush to allow for lining up next to each other.
