We are a very fast paced and busy restaurant. We've had a lot of issues with other types of bowls chipping and breaking. We used these bowls years ago and loved them but thought we would try something different, and that would match our other dishes. With that being said, we have went through every type of restaurant quality bowl and nothing seems to last or hold up. We also didn't want it to look cheap. So we ended up trying these bowls out again and couldn't be more pleased. Wish we would have done it sooner, it would have saved us a lot of money. They look nice and our salads look amazing in these bowls. Would definitely recommend.
