Designed as a direct replacement for the original blade that came with your Sparta paddle, it is great to keep on hand if the original paddle becomes damaged or worn out. Its blue color is particularly useful for maintaining a color-coded system or HACCP compliance to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in your kitchen. This paddle blade features a heavy-duty polyethylene construction that withstands temperatures up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit for high-temperature or high-viscosity applications. The threaded head allows it to be securely attached to any length of handle. Simply twist off the old blade, and screw on this new one.
