Made from polycarbonate, this drain tray provides exceptional resistance to staining, breaking, and chipping and is built to stand up to the demands of frequent use in your commercial establishment. The finger notches on either side of the tray allow you to place it in the bottom of your StorPlus food box with ease, while the tray's sturdy feet keep it elevated from the bottom of the pan to keep your product out of juices and preserve food quality and freshness!
