It may say pizza flour, which it does perfectly, but changing up the hydration, proofing time, and incorporating into other recipes can give you virtually any dough you’re looking for. The flour itself is a bit heavier, which in my opinion is preferred over the 00 versions that strip out all the other parts of the wheat.
