This strawberry sauce has a nice flavor and beautiful color, but I would not rate it higher than other strawberry sauces I have used in the past. I wish it had more real strawberry pieces as you can see in the blueberry sauce made by the same company. Overall it is nice, just not quite as high of a quality.

Did not like the strawberry sauce taste. Tasted like the strawberry candy fake strawberry taste instead of fresh strawberries or strawberry jam. Didn't work for us in drinks but used to top pastries and didn't buy it again. Though we do really still love their white chocolate, chocolate, pumpkin pie, caramel and salted caramel flavors a lot!

Smells and tastes like strawberry fruit roll up... So not exactly high brow, but who wants that in a strawberry syrup? If you want to know if it holds its shape on a plate the answer is YES, so it works well for plated desserts and designs.
