This mobile storage bin is a must have in our food facility. We store granulated sugar in our bin and it holds about 250lbs! The bin on casters makes it easy to move to multiple prep stations.

This thing is sturdy and well built. I love the rolling casters that allow us to move this thing around even when it is pretty full of dry ingredients. We use this to store extra bags of flour and sugar that will eventually go into the bin that we scoop them out of--so we use this as a clean, safe, dry space to hold the ingredients. It can fit at least 4-5 large bags of flour. It is great for our needs.

We were hesitant to purchase 4 of these. They are rather expensive but during the busy summer times and holidays, these are a big time saver.
Good bin, we use for our semolina flour for our pasta production and it works out great. And can roll under prep tables when not in use.
These are heavy duty and will hold a lot of ingredient! My two main suggestions for improvement would be: make all of the wheels fully rotational. One pair only goes forward-backwards, and one pair rotates fully. Also add some kind of clip for the lid. We kept having issues with the lids sliding open a little bit and debris getting into from our tabletops. (Our tables weren't quite deep enough for these to go all the way back.) We ended up drilling our own holes and adding a small pin to keep the lids in place.

Ok I know this is an extremely expensive storage bin, but it fits perfectly under a single deck full size commercial oven. Otherwise such an awkward space under there.

If it's placed under a work table, you may have stray debris in your flour for time to time. The bins with the slanted lid seem close easier.

We store our confectioners sugar in here, and it's fabulous - I can dump huge amounts of sugar in the top (50lbs at a time) without making a mess, because the clear plastic lid comes off to allow for a large opening at the top. We move it around the kitchen often, and the wheels are still good as new!
