I really like the Cambro Full Size Clear Polycarbonate Grip Lid. They make whatever you are storing air tight and your food will not spill. It is pretty thick so if you are using it on the 2 1/2 half inch pan it does allow much food to be stored inside. It works better on the 4 inch or higher pan.

We use these as part of our process curing bacon - we have bins with up to 50lbs of bacon in them at once, and wanted the strongest lid we could find for safety when stacking. They're not quite water-tight, but much closer than the other style lids - think drips, rather than the lid popping off and dumping the whole thing.
These work great just double check your measurements on the size you need. These run snug on the Full-size cam-bros that we currently use. o

This lid seals so tight there is no chance of liquids spilling out. I even turned it upside down with marinating chicken breasts and not a drop leaked out. Well worth the price.
Cambro containers are useful, sturdy, and ubiquitous in restaurant kitchens. Cambro containers with fitted lids, however, are a sublime luxury. Every time we reach for one means one less wrestling match with the plastic wrap.
