The Cambro Drain Tray works very well to drain food that I use it for. Depending on the food and amount of liquid I need to drain, it sometimes is not high enough. It does work with the food that I need to drain.

I really like to use these when i store salad greens or herbs that needed washing; they allow your product to fully drain so it's not sitting in stagnant water.

These drain trays are perfect for keeping our prepped produce out of its own liquid, which we've found keeps them fresher longer. These are made from thick plastic, easy to see through and hard to break.

The Cambro 1/9 Size Drain Tray does a great job of keeping your food items from getting mushy. It works especially well for berries and also pickled vegetables and olives. The drain tray is just high enough to provide separation without taking up much of the container space.

So thankful for these. They sure save and extend the product life on my cucumbers, jalapenos, and banana peppers that I store in a 1/9 pan. Also a ton cheaper that I was paying!!

Works great! We set up a taco bar and used it for the chopped tomatoes to keep the "water" out of the tomatoes. Nice for fruits and sorts too.

Love these! We use them for all of our vegetables now to extend the life. Our staff do seem to lose/misplace/ throw these away a lot because they are so small and clear, but, they work well the rest of time!

This product is great but I wish it would give me more detail description. I was looking for the unbreakable one. This one is breakable.

These are the best thing for tray inserts. The metal grate ones will rust over time. These are cheap and are easier to clean and put through dish.

Cambro is the best. When you need to use drain trays don't use cheap brand trays use cambro. The fit perfect. and that's what you want.

Excellent for our food truck, eliminates almost all clogging due to the fact it collects almost all small food fragments and light enough to remove whenever he sink need be cleaned.

These inserts are just right, they fit the trays perfect and keep things just off the bottom for freshness and moisture control. I recommend getting extras for stacking and as you will not want to be without these.

This is a tiny bit too long to fit in a grey bus tub. But if you position just right it will flex just a little to fit with an arc. Hard rigid plastic with risers underneath to defrost meat and/or keep lettuce from rinse water.
