Maintain the temperature of your trays and sheet pans as you transport them with the help of this Cambro 1826DTC615 Camcarts® charcoal gray non-electric insulated sheet pan carrier with casters. This carrier has CFC-free polyurethane insulation so that your hot and cold foods stay at food safe temperatures for four hours or more, making this carrier ideal for kitchens with limited access to electrical outlets. Its molded-in rails are able to hold up to (24) 18" x 26" sheet pans so that you will always have enough supplies on hand for any service or event.

This double-wall carrier is made of durable polyethylene that's resistant to marring such as dents, cracks, rust, chips, and breaks. Thanks to its seamless one-piece construction, it's even easy to clean with a simple wipe down! Air tight door gaskets and sturdy plastic latches help to ensure excellent food quality and temperature retention. Each compartment includes a vent cap that releases steam, allowing your food to retain the ideal amount of moisture so that they don't become soggy. It includes four 6" casters, two of which are swivel and two rigid, as well as a brake and a molded-in handle that allow for easy maneuverability even in the tightest spaces of your kitchen.
