Very disappointed the trays do not stay perpendicular to the stand and items would fall out if we were to use it. The customer service has also been lackluster asking for videos/photos instead of just offering to replace.

We are currently using this product as a utensil holder at our pastry warming station. It looks way better than most other options, is made from sustainable material and is easy to clean. We would definitely buy this again!

Really wanted to like this product and utilize this for cocktail napkins as well but the bins are too small. Other than that, we love the look and feel of this flatware holder.
We purchased the chrome rack with these trays and are very happy with the construction and look. Sustainability is important to us and bamboo is a great renewable resource. Since the rack elevates the trays there is little to no risk of the bamboo breaking down due to moisture spills. Highly recommend this product.
