Very high quality cacao nibs. Really good smell when fresh and after being baked. Works well as a replacement for chocolate chips. They are still firm and a cross between crunchy and chewy when baked. Remember not to store them in the refrigerator otherwise moisture can accumulate and cause them to degrade quickly.
