Very high quality cacao nibs. Really good smell when fresh and after being baked. Works well as a replacement for chocolate chips. They are still firm and a cross between crunchy and chewy when baked. Remember not to store them in the refrigerator otherwise moisture can accumulate and cause them to degrade quickly.
Great Cacao nibs. We use them for our Açaí bowls. We sell a lot of Açaí bowls and people are in love with them. The nibs are perfect to put on top of the bowls.
