This was fast and a good value for our first one. We no longer use it on a daily basis as it has no on/off switch and we have to pull a fridge out to plug it in. So we have moved it to the area that we double brew coffee when needed I would also recommend reading the directions before just plugging it in and using!
A very reliable machine, reasonably easy to use, relatively easy to clean. The footprint doesn't take up too much counter space, although it is a large machine. However, be sure to put the water in slowly, or it can overflow.
