Water leaks out of the unit, was directed to the company but unfortunately they couldn’t help so no exchange or refund. Total loss.

Yet another defective product sold by Webstaurant. Now the Bunn Coffee Maker not even a month old is broken and not making coffee as one would expect from a new product. Your company just passes customers off to the factory instead of handling your own problems. [Other company] does not handle deficiencies in this manner, 50% of what I purchased from you arrived deficient or broke down within 4 weeks.

For a pourover coffee brewer good machine. It takes about 30-40 minutes of the machine to warm the water up. for those who are not familiar how it works they work by a method of water replacement. there is a pot of water that is kept warm in the machine, once you put the coffee grinds, and pour a pot of water into the machine, the cold water being poured in created pressure that pours the hot water out. this is a good machine for small restaurant use, or for a coffee shop that constantly brews more coffee (that way the coffee that sits in the pot wont burn)

Have this BUNN coffee maker at work and it keeps up with our 42 employees without any problems. It brews super quick & keeps the coffee nice & hot! I would suggest that you purchase the Water Pitcher For Pourover Coffee Brewers....it's impossible to pour the water in & get the pot back under before it starts brewing....that little picture is well worth the money!

This machine is great for saving space. The warmer on top saves room by using vertical space rather than more of the counter space. It is also very quick and easy to use.

Stopped working after about 9 months. We only used it about 4-5 times total. The last time we tried to use it, it would not work. We tried everything, including watching troubleshooting videos. Super disappointing for such an expensive coffee maker. We ended up throwing it away.

A great addition to our office breakroom. Plenty of room for all of our staff.

Bunn is such a trusted brand. This machine came in packaged well for transport. It was super easy to assemble and has been easy to operate and clean. It’s a little pricey but we’ll worth it!

i purchased this coffee brewing machine, it never worked, water bubbled out of the top and leaked out the sides, no warranty through Webstaurant and was told that I would have to call the company. I called the company and was told A service technician would be sent out and if determined it was my fault, I would have to pay a charge, if not, they would repair. I have had the product sitting in my shop since 2018 now, broken, and never used but once.

This coffee maker worked great in my business. It makes coffee very quickly and never had any issues. The reservoir was great to keep enough hot to quickly keep coffee going when it was busy.

Works great. We originally purchased the Avantco model, which was horrible as it took 10+ minutes to heat up and brew one pot. The Bunn makes coffee immediately and is much more efficient. Very happy with my purchase.

I love the bunn coffee maker! It takes no time to make a pot of coffee. The heating pad on top makes it were you can keep two pots warm and ready to drink!

The Bunn Pourover is my first commercial coffee maker. Every morning I use it to heat water for a water airpot and to make coffee for a coffee airpot. I love that I can keep a pot of both water and coffee on the warmers as well to be ready for a time when airpot fluids are low and they need to be re-filled. Very happy with this coffee maker. Would purchase the same one again.

I've used this coffee pot many times. Whenever I go out to eat I always take advanatage of freshly brewed coffee so this is a machine I've used often. It makes great drop coffee and keeps it nice and hot.

I love the Bunn pourover coffee brewer. I use it less than I imagined I would but it's a great coffee maker at a fair price.

Have always loved Bunn coffee machines. have had them in my home forever. this is a great addition to my drive in with 2 warmers. and the decanters being included is a plus. I checked around and webstaurant.com was the cheapest for this model.

This is actually an impressive machine Brews coffee quickly and keeps it nice and hot Takes just a few minutes to brew a pot so I don't have to start it way ahead of time - the coffee can be done just when I need it so its fresh.

This coffee maker is amazing. We've been using it for over a week with no problems. I love how it brews immediately and just minutes for a pot.

this bunn coffee maker is worth every cent. I am very pleased on how fast it makes the coffee, and how hot it keeps it. and very easy pouring.

My staff and really like this coffee makeer I can have 2 pots of coffee at one time. I also like that is takes up less room then if I had a maker that had side by side burners.
