6 tea bags or sachets Harney & Sons Decaf Ceylon Tea
3 cups water
1/2 cup medium black tapioca pearls
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup half and half
To make, add tea bags to 2 cups water and bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. In a different pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil, add tapioca pearls, boil until soft (about 20 minutes), remove from heat and drain pearls with a strainer (retain hot water). Add brown sugar to the hot water, stir till dissolved. Add pearls and let them soak for up to 30 minutes. Store pearl bubbles and brown sugar syrup separately. To assemble, divide the pearls between two glasses, add ice, then add the brown sugar syrup, tea, and half and half.

If I had written this review after the first cup of this decaf green tea I would have given it 2 Stars. It taste very weak like drinking water however I realized to use less water and allow it to brew longer. Bromley's caffeinated green tea is just the opposite.

I have never really been a fan of decaffeinated tea or coffee. This particular tea is very nice and is hard to tell from the regular green tea bags. It is nice to have a choice of the two different ones. Try with a thin slice of lemon.

We cant say enough about the Bromley branded teas. Not only do they offer a great variety of teas, but they are the first to offer decaf! In this bulk size, you will get enough tea to last an extremely long time of the utmost highest quality. Its got a great light flavor and we have enjoyed Bromleys for some time.
