This mint tea is my staple herbal tea. I find that one bag makes two cups of tea! In the summer, I add a few teabags to a pitcher of hot water with honey, then put it in the fridge to chill—iced mint tea, so refreshing!

This is all mint - there are no added herbs to take the flavor in another direction. I like to brew a small pot with a bag of this and a bag of green tea for a Moroccan style.
