This cake batter is packaged in a bulk 17 lb. pail with a convenient carrying handle to make transportation easy. This product will keep your busy kitchen in good supply of ready-to-use cake batter! To prepare this product, thaw under refrigeration overnight or at room temperature for 2 hours. Do not refreeze thawed batter. Portion the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 45-50 minutes in a conventional oven preheated to 360 degrees Fahrenheit or a rack oven preheated to 340 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes before de-panning. Once your cake is prepared, decorate as desired and serve!
