For the best results we recommend blending only fresh or partially thawed frozen fruit. If using completely frozen fruit, we suggest a ratio of 1 ¼ parts liquid to 1 parts frozen fruit on high speed.

The Breville Commercial CBL920 Super Q Pro 2 2/5 hp commercial blender with (2) 68 oz. Eastman Tritan™ containers combines raw power and maximum versatility in a blender that is equally at home in a juice or smoothie bar or churning out mixed drinks at a pub or restaurant! Its 2 2/5 hp motor boasts 20,000 RPM and 1800W to deliver blade tip speeds of up to 186 mph under load. This unit is more than capable of handling ice crushing and drink mixing, as well as smoothies, house-made spreads or salsa, and anything else you can throw at it!

With easy-to-use one-touch controls, operation is simple and easy to learn. It features 5 optimized preset functions: Pulse/Ice Crush, Smoothie, Stir, Boost, and A Bit More. If you prefer more control, it also offers 12 speed settings ranging from 1,500 to 20,000 RPM and a 6-minute timer with an auto-stop function that stops blending as soon as the timer is finished! The auto-clean feature makes cleaning underneath the blades as easy as pushing a button. This blender also features noise suppression technology for quiet operation.

The 68 oz. BPA-free Tritan™ jar design provides maximum durability while allowing this model to handle large-volume blending. An additional jar is included for added workflow efficiency! A sleek and sturdy brushed stainless steel base looks great on any bar counter while also making it easy to clean. For added convenience, a blend tamper and scraper tamper are also included. This blender requires a 120V electrical connection.
