Enhance your kitchen's efficiency with this Born SteamCub steamer, rethermalizer, and holding cabinet. This 3-in-1 machine conveniently cooks, rethermalizes, and holds in a single footprint. The countertop design makes it great for placing on a counter or work table. This unit is boilerless and pressureless, ensuring there is nothing to descale or service. It is easy to install with no drain line, water connections, or water filter required. The built-in pan slide guides hold (5) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" or (10) 12" x 20" x 1" full-size steam table pans.

This unit has a separate on / off control for each function, and it automatically preheats the moment it's switched on. It has a 60-minute mechanical timer, allowing users to simply set the steaming time and walk away to complete other kitchen tasks. This machine provides a total heating output of 12 kW. Each of the (9) 1 kW heating elements can be individually removed for repair or replacement. It features heat-on, low-water, and high-temperature indicator lights. It will automatically shut off if the water is too low or the temperature is too high.

This steamer is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel with an 8-gauge inner compartment and a 14-gauge outer compartment. Its 2-piece compartment door provides an airtight seal and has a reversible gasket for long-lasting use. A drain valve on the front of the steamer is easily accessible to drain water out by hand, and (1) 4" x 12" x 20" drain pan comes included. It requires a 240V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation.

This unit includes a sturdy equipment stand to hold your SteamCub steamer. It is made of durable stainless steel with 1 1/4" square tubing, and it has holes to bolt equipment directly to the stand. A stationary bottom shelf adds extra storage space. Its adjustable feet raise your steamer to the perfect height and are flanged for floor bolting.
