Enhance your kitchen's efficiency with this Born SteamCub steamer, rethermalizer, and holding cabinet. This kit includes 2 SteamCub units and a stacking stand. These 3-in-1 machines conveniently cook, rethermalize, and hold in a single stacked footprint. They are boilerless and pressureless, ensuring there is nothing to descale or service. They are easy to install with no drain line, water connections, or water filter required. Each unit has built-in pan slide guides to hold (5) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" or (10) 12" x 20" x 1" full-size steam table pans.

These steamers have a separate on / off control for each function, and they automatically preheat the moment they are switched on. The 60-minute mechanical timer allows users to simply set the steaming time and walk away to complete other kitchen tasks. They each provide a total heating output of 12 kW. Each of the (9) 1 kW heating elements can be individually removed for repair or replacement. They feature heat-on, low-water, and high-temperature indicator lights and will automatically shut off if the water is too low or the temperature is too high.

The steamers are made of heavy-gauge stainless steel with an 8-gauge inner compartment and a 14-gauge outer compartment. Their 2-piece compartment doors provide an airtight seal and have a reversible gasket for long-lasting use. This kit comes with a stacking stand to stack the 2 included SteamCub units, allowing you to save valuable floor space. This stand is made of durable welded stainless steel with 1 1/4" square tubing, and it has adjustable bullet style feet for leveling on uneven floors. Each steamer includes a convenient drain valve on the front and a 4" x 12" x 20" drain pan. A 240V, 3-phase electrical connection is required for operation.
