I recently purchased a blender, but I only received the base, not the blending cup. I contacted customer service and they told me I need to wait for their investigation! I have clearly informed them that my shop urgently needs a blender. I need to resolve this issue! They only told me to wait. What’s ridiculous is that before buying this blender, I purchased another one from the same website, and it was also missing parts when it arrived, forcing my store to keep waiting! So I bought another one, and again it was missing parts!!! My store has surveillance cameras that show the delivery person bringing the package to the store and me opening it, revealing that parts were missing. I am extremely frustrated with customer service’s solution, which is just to wait!! However, three days have passed, and nothing has been resolved!!
