A real powerhouse for commercial kitchens, delis, and hotel and catering operations, the Bizerba S111 PLUS-1 electric meat strip cutter / tenderizer is designed to provide the ultimate in performance, flexibility, and hygiene when it comes to meat preparation. The unit's powerful motor operates at a speed of 100 RPM and allows it to effortlessly tenderize fresh meat and to cut cold cuts, and even fruit and vegetables, into Julienne strips that are great for stir-fried dishes and salads. The unit offers an optimally hygienic design thanks to the internal motor cooling system, as it does not require openings for exterior to interior cooling, thus minimizing areas for food debris to collect.

Blade sets (sold separately) are required for the operation of this unit. The KT-1 two-part, detachable blade set is easy to remove and included cleaning combs for simplified, thorough cleaning. Strip size is adjustable in widths of 4 mm to 20 mm (4 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm, 20 mm) with the use of the Julienne strip cutter insert (sold separately). Dual blade cylinders provide reliably precise cutting and minimize the possibility of meat and other food getting jammed or being crushed. For safety, the blade area is covered by tough, transparent plastic housing to prevent accidental exposure.
