Steeping Instructions:

The tea is delicious, but the packing of boxes that Webstaurantstore sometimes does leaves a lot to be desired. I'm sure customer service would have replaced this item, if I had contacted them. I just wish that those packing the boxes would think about the items they are packing, I shouldn't have to contact customer service with multiple orders every year.
