Everyone loves BIG TRAIN....we use it for our frappes. Perfect thickening agent.
This is a great powder for smoothies and fraps. I add it to all of my monin fruit smoothies and any flavor frap. It makes the smoothies and fraps that much more creamy. I highly recommend it for any cafe. Big train is a great brand to buy powder mixes from, it’s a staple brand I keep at my cafe
