Mixed with canned pineapple juice, some frozen pineapple chunks and rum flavoring, this is by far the best Pina Colada EVER. We love being able to experiment with Big Train as a base flavor and building on that to create some fantastic drinks. Using the frozen fruit cuts down on the amount of ice in the drink and eliminates a lot of the heavy sweetness of the drink mix by itself.
