These pens are a good value, a modest upgrade over a basic stick pen, but still very affordable. They write cleanly, smoothly, and reliably, the ink lasts a long time, and the pens are durable. I have used this twelve pack of Bic Round Stic Grip Xtra Comfort Black Ink with Translucent Barrel Fine Ballpoint Stick Pens before and was happy to see them in a twelve pack option available through Webstaurant for sure. The pen writes a dark color easily and very smoothly, however they do tend to smudge more easily than the standard pencils. I would recommend.
