This freezer comes with a stainless steel interior and exterior, giving you premium-level durability as a standard feature, and allowing this unit to stand up to the rigors that come with even the most demanding commercial kitchens. But it also comes with plenty of efficiency and usability features, too. The walls are injected with high-density cyclopentane foam for maximum temperature retention, and an electronic temperature control gives you a quick, clear picture of how the unit is performing. This controller also boasts added energy-saving features to reduce power consumption when the unit is running.

The refrigeration system is top-mounted, which makes it less likely to become clogged with dust and dirt from the floor. This placement and an easy-access design also make it easy to clean and maintain, keeping service times to a minimum. On the exterior, door locks keep your unit secure during off-hours and prevent product loss. On the interior, energy-efficient LED lights provide a crisp, clear view of the contents, and 6 adjustable shelves give you the freedom to organize your storage space and adapt quickly to changing menu needs.

This freezer also includes load level markers to help prevent over-packing and ensure optimal airflow. It boasts a coated evaporator coil design, an electric defrost heater, and a hot gas condensate evaporator and face heater. 6" heavy-duty casters come standard and make it easy to position the unit for installation, cleaning, and maintenance, and 2 of the casters have brakes to hold it in place. It requires a 115V electrical connection and comes with a 9 1/2' cord and plug set.
