Equipped with a refrigerator on the left side and a freezer on the right, this model allows you to store both chilled and frozen products in the same unit. Each section is controlled independently and offers 23.1 cu. ft. of storage for a wide variety of ingredients.

Since the doors are half doors, they help save energy; instead of opening one full-length door, you can open just the section that you need to access, letting the other door retain cold air. Plus, the doors each have a 120 degree stay-open feature for added convenience as you load and unload ingredients. Snap-in gaskets ensure a tight seal. Inside, six adjustable shelves make organizing products a breeze and are epoxy-coated for corrosion-resistance.

Boasting a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, this refrigerator is built to last. Each cabinet is insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to further optimize temperature control while offering maximum energy conservation and structural integrity. Thanks to its 1/4 hp refrigerator compressor and R290 refrigerant, the refrigerator maintains product temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the 1/2 hp freezer compressor uses R290 refrigerant to maintain product temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 is a specialized refrigerant with an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business.

An exterior digital thermometer makes it easy to monitor cabinet temperatures to ensure your inventory is stored at a safe temperature. Plus, it comes standard with 6" legs for easy cleaning. A 115V electrical connection if required for operation.
