This model's pass-through design with front and rear doors allows for convenient product handling! Its easy-to-adjust temperature controls, ranging from 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, make it easy to prepare food prior to busy serving periods and hold it at just-cooked quality! A balanced fan system, manually controlled humidity vents, and 1500W heating element provide excellent heat retention, recovery, and even temperature distribution. Wide door openings will fit pan slides of various sizes.
