Over time, a cutting board will wear down from constant beating, pounding, and knife damage, and when that time comes, this Beverage-Air 705-392D-15 equivalent cutting board will serve as the perfect replacement! Designed to fit select Beverage-Air prep refrigerators, this cutting board is 1/2" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface, and it measures 10" deep so that you have plenty of room to slice ingredients and stage production of your most popular foods. It is made from a paper-based Richlite resin, which makes this cutting board harder and more resistant to knife marks than a standard poly cutting board. This means that it will take longer to notice the wear and tear of constant use, and that the board will have better resistance to stains, warping, bending, chipping, and cracking compared to a standard poly cutting board. Any necessary mounting holes must be drilled in the field - it does not come pre-drilled.
