This Belshaw 0226CHS Type B manual depositor is an accessory for your donut fryer. With an aluminum alloy frame, this depositor adjusts the amount of batter for each deposit using the deposit weight adjustment dial. It can deposit up to 80 donuts per minute using a manual crank. It works with an aluminum hopper with a 15 lb. capacity (sold separately). This manual depositor can be mounted to Belshaw floor fryers or the wall behind the fryer. It's compatible with Belshaw 734, 724, 718, 634, 624, and 618 series donut fryers.
