Boasting the ability to cook with convection, steam, or a combination of both, this combi oven is sure to boost your operation's efficiency with its versatile output and compact footprint. The spacious cavity offers plenty of room to hold 6 full size sheet pans, while 3 stainless steel wire shelves are included to accommodate a variety of other shapes and sizes of pans and dishes.

Manual controls make using the unit as simple as turning control knobs for time, temperature, and steam adjustment. The timer can be set for up to 2 hours, powering off when the set amount of time passes, or it can be put into continuous-on mode so that you can monitor your food manually for longer periods of time. The temperature can be adjusted from 200 to approximately 540 degrees Fahrenheit to give you the output needed for a wide variety of menu items, while a steam adjustment knob allows you inject 0-100% steam to keep your foods moist and minimize shrinkage.

Automatic high-speed reversing fans and an advanced airflow design combine with ultra-high temperature fiberglass insulation to ensure even, consistent heating. Interior lighting and a double pane glass door makes monitoring your food a breeze, while the heating elements, steam, and fans stop when the door is open for added safety.
