This product looks awesome in my bakery but is by far the biggest waste of money. We've had nothing but problems with it since the day it was plugged in. 1. It struggles to keep temperature. I'm told that there should be a 7-8 degree differential in the temp before it starts cooling. I have it set to 36 degrees and consistently see temps at 48-49. Filed warranty claim multiple times. 2. It is deafeningly loud when it's trying to cool down, which is about 80% of the time. I wanted to play music in my bakery and have a fun vibe, but this thing makes it impossible to play music unless I blast it, which is not exactly what I'm going for.
