purchased this product in Feb 2025, by June 2025 the unit would not turn on. We submitted a claim as it was still under warranty. It was 5 weeks before they could send a technician out to repair it, then another 2 weeks to get the correct part to repair it. They ended up replacing the entire heating drawer. After being repaired the unit worked for another 2 months before the same thing happened again. Filed another warranty claim, and they sent a replacement drawer within a week. It was very easy to install it ourselves. My concern is what are we going to do when this happens again and the cabinet is no longer under warranty. Although not an expensive cabinet it should last longer than a year. The replacement drawer is $$$. When it goes out again, I'll just replace the whole unit.

Ordered this product in December of 2023. Power switch burned up with in 4 months. Biggest problem is that the Avantco warranty is useless. submitted the form with no response. I called the 800 number only to receive a message. sent another email still no response. The same thing with another piece of Avantco equipment I purchased at the same time.
