    This dipping cabinet does work very well but does have some issues. The specs for it state that its for ice cream but not gelato. The biggest problem I have is you can't raise the temperature above 0 degrees and you can't not scoop ice cream at zero. The doors do not seal and this causes ice to build up around the rim. I do like the ability to raise the tubs but even at the highest point you get soft ice cream at the top but rock hard at about halfway down. The ice cream tubs sit on a rack, trying to fit them into the rack isn't great. I have to bend the bottom rim to fit them in. The top covers that go on the tubs have to use a supplied wedge but if ice builds up it becomes Read More

    I just purchased this 4 days ago, I cannot raise the temperature above zero, cannot dip ice cream it’s a rock! Does not seem to be any way to contact this company. I may have to return it. This is a huge problem
