Ordered 4, every single one of them leaked. The first one started within the first week of use, we pulled out the second one and the first day it was leaking, and then we pulled out the last 2 just to test them out and those leaked as well. Terrible coffee pots

these coffee pots are much better due to the fact that others were being broken to easily from careless coworkers

We are trying to get away from plastic and did not realize I had ordered a plastic carafe. I guess we can use as a backup in an emergency. Well-made if you are into polycarbonate.
product is solid, metal bottom and plastic make it light. only issue is that it has a small leak from under the collar and drips.

Perfectly balanced and easy to pour. Great purchase.
One decanter cracked within a few months and the other began to leak. Both decanters were used only lightly - one pot of coffee or hot water per day, 5 days a week. I will be replacing them with glass decanters in a different brand.
