Non-Stick, Easy-to-Clean Rollers

Featuring 11 non-stick rollers, this roller grill can hold up to 30 sizzling hot dogs at a time! They continually rotate to make sure that your foods are evenly cooked from all sides. The non-stick coating improves the durability of the rollers and also makes it that much easier to clean your roller grill! Non-stick seals prevent grease from entering the base and coming into contact with the motor and drive chain.

Temperature Control Knobs

Two temperature control knobs let you adjust the front and rear rollers independently for energy efficiency. You could use one zone for cooking and the other for holding.

Limited Maintenance

For minimal maintenance, non-stick seals prevent grease from entering the base of the grill and contacting the motor and drive chain. The drip tray is removable as well.

Durable Construction

The grill and bun cabinet's stainless steel construction ensures that the unit will withstand the rigors of commercial environments while remaining easy to clean.

Pass-Through Canopy

Since the station comes with a clear pass-through canopy, it allows service on either side while deflecting particles and debris from falling on the food. Its flat top also provides a surface for temporarily placing items.

Spacious Warmer

This stainless steel warmer cabinet can hold up to 32 hot dog buns at a time, keeping them deliciously fresh and toasty for immediate service. How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?
To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Applying sprays on non-stick coatings can cause food to stick more readily than using a fat or oil. Sprays can leave a glue-like coating, often missed during the cleaning process, which will begin to build up and cause foods to stick.     With Bun Cabinet

    I recently purchased this set for my team at work as well as a popcorn machine (item #177POP8). It was a big hit! I went with this set for its large capacity not only on the grill itself but for plenty of storage for the buns as well. I used bun length franks on the grill and it still was able to fit all 30. After it warmed up it took about 10-15 mins to cook all the hot dogs. This machine is very quiet and it seems like a pretty sturdy unit. Absolutely no regrets with this purchase and I look forward to using it more in the future. A big thanks to webstaurantstore.com for carrying a great selection of products to choose from and getting it to me in a timely manner!
