The condenser fan motor assembly is important to the functionality of your refrigeration unit because the motor works to turn the fan blades and blow air across the condenser coil where it cools the refrigerant. If it is not functioning properly, the condenser will overheat, causing the system to eventually get hot enough to burn and emit an odor, and you will end up spending more money in the long run.
