This Avantco 17812402 mechanical thermostat serves as a direct replacement for the one that came standard on select models.
Refrigeration is a vital part of food safety, so if you find that your refrigerator or freezer is not operating at the correct temperature it is important to have it serviced immediately. This mechanical thermostat will replace a broken one easily so that you can get back to serving customers without worrying about the safety of your refrigerated storage.
Mechanical Design
This thermostat is designed to work with a dial (sold separately) to allow easy temperature adjustment. It features a 1/8" D-stem connection for the dial, the control box, and the capillary.
